But this treadmill is not low-cost high-quality, since it costs more than 20 000 USD. But all the same, we suppose it uses a smiliar architecture which was tested in the following paper. This paper uses an OpenBCI 16 channel module with WIFI:

Wifi shield are not available anymore from www.openbci.com. But is should be possible to build from OpenBCI made in China modules for around 600 USD for a skilled person. PiEEG still has to proof if it is suitable for such solutions:
