  • papers, which study meditators at the level of the “olympic champions”, which where investigated in mentioned PNAS paper.
  • Are the olympic level meditators investigated in Richard Davidsons PNAS paper not also guiding stars as teachers?
  • Guiding stars, who bring us from darkness to light, and give us direction?
  • We haven’t studied Richard Davidson’s work in detail yet. But do we have to see Richard Davidson’s statements not in the light of the statements of great spiritual masters?
  • Well known spiritual masters as for instance Yogi Bhajan, Thích Nhất Hạnh, and the Dalai Lama the 14., mentioned to practice for a much longer periods daily than only 20 min. daily.
  • 20 minutes was mentioned by Richard Davidson as the time period necessary to be able to find an effect which can be measured objectively in the body and the brains of meditation practictioners.
