This is not possible. But it is possible to connect an Apple Watch to Lybron Sobers Apple Health Auto Export app and synchronize it to Home Assistant and export it from there to InfluxDB.

Garmin Connect Mobile does not offer the option to synchronize data to Home Assistant and InfluxDB. Garmin Connect does not allow any data analysis in Python.

The EventHubApp connect IQ from Dave Does Demo, wo works for Microsoft UK, can be connected to the Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft Power BI, and Balena Health can be connected to Bluetooth Low Energy Sports Heart Rate monitors and connected to the Balena Cloud. These are are contemporary software platforms for developers for Garmin watches.

Lybron Sobers Apple Health Auto Export app with Home Assistant and InfluxDB are contemporary software solutions for developers for Apple watches.

We can compare Garmin Connect Mobile to Lybron Sobers Apple Health Auto Export app. The Auto Export app runs also on an iPhone. Data are synchronized with different intervals to their target from there.

We can compare Garmin Connect to Home Assistant. The major difference is that Garmin Connect was developed by Garmin, and allows data export mainly over .csv. Garmin watches can be synchronized to other platforms like Strava or Golden Chetaah.

The newest and most contemporary platform is Home Assistant. Home Assistant is a free and open source home automation software designed to be the central control system in a smart home or smart house. Written in Python, it focuses on local control and privacy.

Smart-live.net has demonstrated on his YouTube channel, that Home Assistant can also be used to vizualise sports sensor data from smartwatches like the Apple watch. Home Assistant has a plugin to export sensor data to Influx, Garmin Connect does not have a plugin to export sensor data to InfluxDB.
