According to starcat CEO Adam Feuer:
The HackEEG will be available again probably in mid- to late-2023. Adam will inform us on his site starcat.io if HackEEG is available again:
Adam offers an instruction how to build a HackEEG with 32 channels:
https://docs.starcat.io/hackeeg-crowdsupply/user/hardware-32-channel.html
Adam also offers an OpenBCI GUI version with 32 channels:

But can we simply connect 4 HackEEG shields to Adams 32 channel version of OpenBCI GUI? We can do that over LSL. But will the data from all the EEG channels be synchronous? Be suppose not.
Indonesian researchers previously have built a 32 channel EEG heatset from Texas Instruments EEG evaluation boards. To have all channels synchronous, they used a daisy chain setup. They have published their work in three scientific papers:
To have all the 32 channels of HackEEG synchronous, we have to solve this problem for HackEEG as well.
