How can the lifestile of Milarepa be funded?

So which lifestile is the best to choose for people who want to become completely sane which is according to the Buddhist tradition equivalent to be fully enlightened»?

It can be funded trough Buddhists who have a good heart.

Buddha has taught 84 000 teachings,
but to put that into very simple worlds,
is to have a good heart,
and what does it mean to have a good heart is,
to have the intention to free all beings
from physical and mental suffering.
And this is summarized the 84 000 teachings into simple words.

So how can the lifestile of Milarepa be funded? By Buddhists who have a good heart. Or by other funds of people who have a good heart.
