Greentek Gelfree EEG products not used for scientific studies?

If we look closely at Krisztián Hofstädters video, we can see that Krisztián uses only two EEG channels in this experiments:

The channels hidden behind his face have no signal. The graph with the alpha waves looks good. But an EEG cap for only two channels EEG?

The mobile EEG company mBrainTrain shows a demo with the same Greentek Gelfree EEG cap which shows an EEG signal on 24 EEG channels (for two seconds at 2 minutes in the video):

Altough we can find several pictures of Greentek Gelfree cap on Google picture search:

We could not find a scientific paper which uses this cap:

Greentek products in general seem to be rarely used for scientific studies. We basically found one paper about gel-free electrodes as they are used in Greentek Gelfree EEG caps:

Towards gel-free electrodes: A systematic study of electrode-skin impedance

The community which uses EEG devices is quiet small. The MRIS is among the pioneers to evaluate such devices as smartwatches and also Greentek EEG caps for scientific studies. The facts that nobody has used these products in scientific papers to this date, does not mean that they will not be used for this purpose sooner or later. But the effort to evaluate new products which can be used in science is big.

Do you know of other demos or scientific papers of the Greentek Gelfree cap? Or do you made any positive or negative experiences with the Greentek Gelfree EEG cap? Please post in the comments below.
