Did not James Clutterbuck from Mind Monitor mention alarms for his Muse headband Mind Monitor somewhere in his forum. We miss this for the respiration rate on Garmin watches.

This would be very helpful for practicing breath meditation to have an alarm for instance at 12 breath per minute, which is the lowest value which is concidered as normal breath. Sadhguru says, at 12 breath per minute «everything in your body you know».

Good to know for people who suffer from ADHS. If we do, let us test it. Do we still have an attention deficit at 12 breath per minute?

We promote the idea of open sensor devices which can be programmed for an alarm at 12 breath per minute. Respiratory rate estimation is available for Matlab and Python, needs to be calibrated. But it is possible to develop such a device. The info about it can be found on this site.
