For scientific heart rate data which are satisfyingly reproducable no optical HRMs, but ECG devices with at least 3 channels?

Adinstruments and GE Healthcare did not follow the scientific advisor Rob ter Horst about which are the most accurate heart rate monitors.

Adinstruments offers no Apple watches, but for instance the Adinstruments Equivital, which has only 2 ECG channels with 10 bit AD:

3 ECG channels with at least 16 bit ADC are a good choice for scientific studies.

GE Healthcare offers the CASE Cardiac Assessment System for Exercise Testing on a treadmill with 12 ECG channels:
