  • The www.openbci.com forum recomments to use EmotiBit to add more physiological channels to OpenBCI.
  • According to EmotiBit, EmotiBit is a wearable sensor module for capturing high-quality emotional, physiological, and movement data.

But what does BrainFlow supporter Andrey Parfenov say concering this topic?Andrey Parfenov is Software Engineer, Open Source Contributor and Maintainer, Author of BrainFlow:

From the BrainFlow Slack, searched today we found.

  • I saved data from my board as a csv file, but am unsure of how to read it and what each number represents?
  • Also, this is the default for emotibit so it contains the accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer data and I was wondering how to I was wondering how to split them?

  • Hello! I am working on writing a code that uses the PPG signal to detect Heartbeats in real time and play a heartbeat sound.
  • I am using Emotibit with Board-ID=47.
  • I have successfully written the code to visually represent the Heartbeats in
  • I have successfully written the code to visually represent the Heartbeats in red dot on the stream, but I continue to fail at the part where it should play the sound. Could you suggest any modifications or solutions for my code?

  • Hi, thanks for the slack community!
  • I’m working with an emotibit and i’m looking to build a mobile app to stream data directly from the device.
  • Just wanted to ask if this is feasible with brainflow typescript library. I don’t see ios/android (react native) listed as a platform so wanted to double check
  • Hi, thanks for the slack community! I’m working with an emotibit and i’m looking to build a mobile app to stream data directly from the device. Just wanted to d to double check:

And BrainFlow supporter Andrey Parfenov posted a link here:

  • We sah that there are more answers to this topic is we look a the answers below the posts.
  • The BrainFlow Slack software is something one has to get used to.
  • But still only view seem to use Emotibit with BrainFlow.

And if so, why should we choose Emotibit for our projects? Aren’t there a lot of other physiological sensors which offer software from their manufacturer? And do we really need BrainFlow for our project?

  • Was all of this done on request of Texas Instruments?
  • Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org is not a YouTube video maker from Switzerland.
  • This is a private project which is compleletly independend:

  • But is not the only effect of the reviews of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, that many new projects where created? Or where initiated together with other influencers?
  • And the final result of it is that Texas Instruments offers new chips to Schiller Switzerland to update their 20 000 USD treadmills from 12 to 16 channels?
  • And a company from Moscow in Russia offers a 16 channel EEG device which reminds to OpenBCI devices, but it is a device from which we think we can build it by ourselves as well.
  • But so what now? Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org will not buy 20 000 USD treadmills from Schiller Switzerland or 16 channel EEG headsets from Moscow.
  • And other products such as BrainFlow and Emotibit could not convince him to the present day to use it or buy it.
