Are instructions we find on YouTube and in the web not a waist of time if you are developer at the Swiss quality level?

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org is very interested in ECG devices. He has written 525 pages about it on his site:

https://petergamma.org/category/ecg-devices

The best paper he could find about this topic in the web is from Canadian scientists published in Helyon:

https://www.cell.com/heliyon/pdf/S2405-8440(21)01251-2.pdf

Helyon is not „the Journal of Physiology“, but it is at least, www.cell.com. And it is not just WordPress or YouTube. Aren t many of the projects we find there just a waist of time, since most of them are buggy? So if you are a really serious developer at the Swiss quality level, find your information at university libraries like this one:

https://infozentrum.ethz.ch/en

And nowhere else. It seems that Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org

has to start from scratch. And he will only study instructions in papers at the highest level in the future:

as he did earlier in his scientific career.
