Does the MRIS now have a Pinephone with Abiword & Gnumeric and uses it? – PETER GAMMA (Director & Physiologist), MEDITATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE SWITZERLAND (MRIS)

We have installed postmarketOS on the external SD card of our Pinephone as described here:

Yesterday when we had issues with internet speed, we tried to install Abiword and Gnumeric on our Pinephone with the following commands:

Sudo apk add Abiword

Sudo apk add Gnumeric

That is how it worked last time when we installed Abiword and Gnumeric on our Pinephone:

Yesterday it did not work. Was it the slow Internet connection? Today we made an Internet speed test before the installation and it said:

«Your internet connection is sufficient.

Your internet connection should be fast enough to stream HD video smoothly. When streaming videos on multiple devices at the same time, delays may occur.»

So we suppose it should be sufficiently fast to install Abiword and Gnumeric on our Pinephone as well. But the installation did not work today either.

We suppose we have to go through the installation steps we did to install LibreOffice here from the beginning:

to be able to install Abiword and Gnumeric on our Pinephone with PostmarketOS again. And should we have issues with the installation we can ask in the Pine64 forum for a solution.
