Does Biopac & Biosemi try to force Swiss researchers to buy their products from Neurospec in Stans?

A while ago we wanted to have information from Biopac in USA. But after we contacted Biopac, we where contacted by a salesman from Neurospec in Stans. We deeply regret that it is not possible for Swiss researchers to buy Biopac Amplifiers directly from Biopac in the USA, after what we experienced with Neurospec in Stans:

Who is interested in Biosemi Active Two amplifiers which are sold from Neurospec in Stans in Switzerland?

And we suggest to Swiss researchers to buy their devices from sellers who ship directly to their costumers if possible.
