Arnaud Delormes EEGLAB toolbox was published in 2004:

It is the same year as Richard Davidson’s PNAS paper has been published:
https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.0407401101
Is this a coincidence? Arnaud Delorme looks much more relaxed today than on pictures which where released many years ago. And this is similar for Peter Chartlon, Alexandre Barachant, William Croft Hugo, Plácido da Silva and others. Did they participate in secret studies about meditation funded by pharmaceutical companies? And where these results not published, since the would lower the sales rate of pharmaceutical drugs?
Arnaud Delormes EEGLAB toolbox is in danger, since it is a MATLAB toolbox. And MATLAB has competition through Pyton. And EEGLAB is an open source toolbox, as well as FIELDTRIP developed by Robert Oostenveld and others. And who can make money out of supporting open source toolboxes? Eventually supporters who are partly fincanced by secret funders who wo do not want that their names are published.
