Director of the MRIS Peter Gamma has observed many such incidents at MRIS in the past, but who is the perpetrator? Only 4 persons have rented a room at the MRIS and have a key to the house, and these are the following 4 persons:
And there is the cleaning service and a caretaker there once a week, but damage to property and disturbances of the peace happened daily.
According of the rental agreements, tenants who are harrassing are expelled from the house immediately accompanied by the Police. But who is the perpetrator in the house? What is your opinion about this topic? Write it to the comments below.
