Why is it a failure to ignore papers of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio about sports sensor validation?

We did some speculations about the research grant of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio compared to the Swiss Federal Institute of Sports in Magglingen:

The numbers for the Cleveland Clinic we found in the web, the number for Magglingen is a speculation. But all the same, we are convinced that is a failure to ignore papers from the Cleveland Clinic and promote instead papers from Magglingen, since Cleveland Clinic has a research grant which is very high, which certainly affects the quality of the papers.

It is also a failure, to ignore scientific papers about sports sensor validation, and promote Polar H10 chest strap validation instead.
