Hugo Plácido da Silva
PhD in Electrical and Computers Engineering
Chief innovation officer at PLUX
Elias Canetti
PhD in Chemistry 1929, Nobel Prize in Literature 1982, spent part of his life in
Switzerand, and was a light to dispel darkness
Difficult to say. But I think the best way is not to use the word «enlightened» at all in this context, since it is not clearly defined over all meditation traditions. It is a term used for instance in Buddhism. But I suppose if Hugo Plácido da Silva would practice more breath meditation with the Plux RespiBAN Professional, then he would eventually look much happier, and the RespiBAN Professional eventually would be a much handier device.

May an enlightened human being, a human which is in a state of perfect knowledge or wisdom, combined with infinite compassion, develop a respiration monitor based on Polar H10, to dispel the misery of the world.

Since there is no evidence that the Polar OH1 is significantly less accurate than the Polar H10, for meditators, the Polar OH1 is more suitable, it can be worn 24 * 7 comfortably witout any problems, but not the Polar H10. Therefore a validated respiratory rate estimation based on the Polar OH1 is my preferred choice, which can be used for practicing meditation.
For 24 * 7 studies, the Polar Verity Sense is also very interesting, due to it s long battery life. Unfortunately, the Verity Sense has not yet been validated scientifically as far as heart rate accuracy is concerned
as well as respiratory rate estimation accuracy is concerned.
