NextCloudPi installation series: progress report, day 25 (12:11), issue no 105: NextCloudPi still not working for our needs

  • We where able to delete all the old ip-adresses of the old installations in the Windows 10 NextCloudPi client
  • After the last a re-installation of the Windows 10 NextCloudPi client, the old ip-adresses of the Pi 4 NextCloudPi we entered during the first installatin where still there.
  • We where not able to synchronize data to a fresh installed Pi 4 running NextCloudPi which is connected over a router to the Ri 4 in this configuration.
  • Now, we found the three dots in the Windows 10 NextCloudPi client where there is an option to remove the old ip adresses.
  • After that we where able to re-enter the ip-adress of the fresh installed Pi 4 with the fresh installed NextCloudPi.
  • After we re-entered the ip – adress of the Pi 4, the connection to the Windows 10 client was established, and the synchronization worked.
  • But our setup is still not complete. We need now to sync the file to our Android phone.
  • But stop this here for this moment, before we loose our patience with NextCloudPi again.
  • The issue no 105 is about that we are now on day 25 of our NextCloudPi installation and we are still not able to use NextCloudPi for our needs.
