What was the reason Richard R. Davidson visited the Landguet Ried in Berne Switzerland in 2018?

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org

is asking this question. He is the Director of the Meditation Research Institute Switzerland MRIS. He was recently interrogated by the Swiss Police if he works:

The Meditation Research Institute Switzerland MRIS is a private project of Peter on his personal website.

Richard R. Davidson talked about the benefits of meditation and its effects on the brain on Landguet Ried in Berne Switzerland in 2018.

He was interviewed by Begoña Martinez on 10th April 2018.

Davidson comes from the U.S. to Switzerland to gives talks there. Did he come to Switzerland to sell his book „Altered Traits“ to the Swiss? Families from the U.S. move to Switzerland since the quality of live is much better in Switzerland than in the U.S. . A family father says on the „business insider“ magazine:

I moved my family out of the US 8 years ago. In Switzerland, the difference in our quality of life is astounding.

Davidson gave a talk at the Landguet Ried in Berne Switzerland. But he gave as far as we know no talks at Swiss Universities or research institutes about meditation. Davidson also mentioned to visit Davos and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of 2018.

Davidson is the founder of the Center of Healthy Minds in Madison U.S.A. “Altered Traits” book co-author Daniel Goleman mentioned in the following video that around 100 people are working at the Center of Healthy Minds at Madison:

Davidson is the founder of the Center of Healthy Minds in Madison. But currently only about 75 people seem to remain there:

There is no Center of Healthy Minds in Switzerland. And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org does not know of meditation research projects in Switzerland which would be worth mentioning for him personally. We therefore suppose that Davidson did not come to Switzerland to meet other scientists to talk about meditation research projects but for other reasons.
