Two times 16 channel OpenBCI to get 32 EEG channels?

The 16 channels of OpenBCI is an issue for us personally. If we are for instance interested in localized gamma wave oscillations, 32 channels would be better. Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org went through several options for 32 channel EEG devices. One option would be to use 2 x OpenBCI 16 channel. In theory, this is possible with two usb Bluetooth dongles and the right configuration.

But to get all the parameters, such as phase, and coherence, all the parameters need to be sampled at exactly the same time:

This is not possible with the current OpenBCI hardware architecture. But can we do without the parameters phase, coherence, etc? Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org
