Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org would like to thank all the developers of 32 channel EEG devices based on the ADS1299 chip from Texas Instruments. Papers discussed previously have used daisy chain algorithms to read out the 32 EEG channels. We haven t studied the ADS1299 chip arechitecture in detail yet.
Daisy chain is also a topic in the Texas Instruments support forum:
We have now a total of three 32 channel EEG devices which where built with the ADS1299 chip from Texas Instruments
- The device from the Indonesian scientist who use Daisy Chain with the ADS1299 demo kit published on researchgate.net:
- An Aliexpress board with four ADS1299 chips which give a total of 32 EEG channels:

- BEATS: an open-source 32 channel EEG system using four ADS1299 EEG shields stacked onto a Raspberry Pi 4:
we have furthermore:
4. Adam Feuer’s Hack EEG with 32 channels based on the Arduino Duo or Mega:
https://docs.starcat.io/hackeeg-crowdsupply/user/hardware-32-channel.html
this device is not available anymore
With the OpenBCI architecture it is not possible to get more than 16 channels. All channels need to be sampled at exactly the same time. We have now two devices which use daisy chain algorithms to get 32 channels. But for physiologist Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, 4 Raspberry Pi s with each a PiEEG shield with the ADS1299 EEG chip seems to be the easier solution than coding daisy chain algorithms.
A Raspberry Pi is a great single board computer. And also a physiologist can imagine to program four Raspberry Pi s to read out each at exactly the same time the EEG signals from four separate ADS1299 EEG chips. And after that the data from the four Raspberry Pi s can be read into the same data base. The same software could be used on the four Raspberry Pi s:

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org thing it is still worth to continue writing papers about this architecture. And in contrast to what I have said previously, I see no reason why it should not be possible to build a research and medical grade EEG device with 32 channels with this architecture. And I promote open source projects to build such devices to lower the costs for 32 channel EEG devices. An alternative are multi-channel devices based on InfluxDB:
But to build up such devices seems currently not as far developed as the above mentioned projects.
nformation for product sellers who do stock market speculation and scalping with products mentioned by Peter Gamma on www.petergamma.org
**************************************************************************************
**************************************************************************************
According to the little experience of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, many of the products listed here are still full of issues which need to be resolved. If you do stock market speculation and scalping with those, you will loose Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org as a buyer of these products and as a reviewer. Is this not risky? Will you not loose a majority of your costumers as well?
And is it not so, that society in general does not accept stock market speculation and scalping with products as those which are listed here? And will you not be politically incapable of finding a majority of the voters if you do stock market speculation and scalping with these products?
And as a consequence will you not be condemned and punished by a political referendum soon? Especially if you do this to a Swiss, since are not majority of Swiss against stock market speculations and scalping with people on a budget? And people in Switzerland are known for a lot of political referendums, since we have direct democracy in this country.
And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org will fight up to the European Court of Human Rights against people who do stock market speculation and scalping with the products which are mentioned on www.petergamma.org. And if they do not have yet the legal basis there to do so, he will fight for it.
What is a scalping?
Scalping is a trading strategy in which an investor buys and sells a single asset multiple times throughout the day. The goal of a scalper is to make a small profit over a large number of small trades, rather than a huge profit on each individual trade.
What is a scalper?
A scalper is someone who buys something and resells it at a price far above the initial cost. For instance some says: “He got theater tickets through a scalper”: Someone who buys tickets to an event in order to resell them at a profit. And is it not also scalping if you take reviews from this site to make out of it a new product offer, and sell it for a higher price? We doubt that you will be successful with it. Since Peter Gamma will review your product and will user not come back to www.petergamma.org after that?
