Alexandre Barachant developed 2017 with a friend over the weekends for fun and in it s spare time the Muse LSL:

Alexandre Barachants mission to bring low-cost, Open Hardware, Research-grade EEG to the masses

But Alexandre Barachant who published a lot of papers about EEG devices:
