Is the ADS1115 16-Bit 4 channel Analog-to-Digital Converter the end of OpenBCI Ganglion?

We have discussed OpenBCI Ganglion as an iWorx TA 220 as the last hope for products based on www.openbci.com for www.petergamma.org.

But the ADS1115 16-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter offers also 4 channels:

The ADS1115 16-Bit 4 channel Analog-to-Digital is available between 6 and 30 USD in Switzerland, whereas OpenBCI Gangion costs 500 USD. Which means the ADS1115 is 10 – 20 times cheaper than the Ganglion board.
