Do DCRainmaker, 5KRunner and Rob ter Horst receive sports watches from the manufacturers for free to test those, and if so, is this linked to conditions, as for instance not to publish really serious scientific tests with numerical and statistical data of the tested devices in really serious testing journals?

We suppose that it is true. Since tests of those reviewers leave us frustrated on a regular basis, because of the lack of numerical and statistical data. And we are disappointed also about really serious scientists as Rob ter Horst, that he does not really serious research work about his sports watches, with really serious reference devices and methods, and publishes his tests in really serious scientific journals.
