How to cooperate with Indian Scientists to develop new devices for meditation research institutes that are sustainable and survive?

Richard Davidsons published a study with long-term meditators which was published 2004 in PNAS:

The foundations of the Meditation Research Institute Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama where build 2009:

And we are convinced that it was triggered trough Richard Davidsons 2004 PNAS paper. The Meditation Reserach Institute Switzerland (MRIS) started 2019 in the EEVBLOG:

And was triggered by Mathieu Ricards books and Richard Davidsons PNAS paper, and is a private project on Peter Gammas personal website.

The Meditation Research Institute Swami Rama Sadhaka has an equipment with extensive Bio-Semi 256 Channel EEG recording and analysing system supported by EEGLAB and MATLAB software, and presently uses on 64 + 8 Channels only:

But we know of no signs of live of this institute. Are these devices rusting in India?

How can we cooperate with Indian scientists and start new projects, which meditation researchers around the world can afford to co-operate?

The solution can be as easy

Rewrite How To Electronics from India and attach it to Home Asstant and InfluxDB:

We propose start solving problems discussed in our journal in the following way. This could be the basis for new multi-sensor physiological devices which everyone can afford. Informations how this can be done can be found in our journal.
