We strongly doubt about this. We suppose, that Robs goal on his YouTube channel the Quantified Scientist is to reach as many views as possible. Is this a goal of a a really serious scientist? If Rob wanted to be a really serious scientist on his YouTube channel The Quantified Scientist, we would choose a 3 lead ECG device gold standard for HR measurement on the treadmill up to 15 km/h as a reference. But he uses a single-lead Polar H10 chest strap instead. Is this serious science?
