Devices Which Are Not Worth Buying, Not Worth Developing, Devices Which Are Only Worth Reviewing for Us Personally

And these are the:

The Schiller CS 200 ECG Treadmill

which costs in the Dr. Toys Store 26 000 USD:

But hardware costs for such a devie have dropped to around 5 000 USD for the basic parts of the CS 200.

And the Nautilus Multi-Purpose EEG Headset

which costs in this example around 50 000 USD.

But hardware costs for a 32 channel EEG device based on InfluxDB and TGAM EEG modules are curently only about 1 200 USD. And that is the basic part of the 32 EEG channel g.tec headset.

We are interested in the effect of practicing meditation on our physiology. And we are also interested in these devices. But it is currently not worth buying those for us personally.

Richard R. Davidson studied the effect of meditation on the body and the brain of high-level meditators with brain scanners:

But we did hardly find any follow-up projects of Richard Davidson scientific studies about meditation. And one reason might be that these devices are not as subtile as our human perception, and therefore only of limited interest for meditators. Not even the world-champions among those report about new findings which would be worth mentioning for us personally in this context.

So they only thing which we can do is to try to to tear down the house of cards Richard Davidson and his co-workers have built up since around 2004 together with scientists such as Matthieu Ricard:

And our goal is to find new evidence for this hypothesis. And hopefully we will find a community around the world which helps us in this process. And we hope the devices and the scientic studies about meditation will slowly become better with time.
