The instruction shows Abiword 3.04 from 2012. But is this not better than the new LightP Word Processor from the UBports open store, which is semi-compatible with the .rtf format?

We would be completely happy if the Abiword version shown in the demo runs un our Pinephone. How to install the Flatpak version of Abiword is shown here:
Progress report Linux phone:
When we installed LibreOffice in June 2022 on our PinePhone, we first had problems that we could not start the Pinephone because we did not have a PIN code to unlock it. The phone had PostmarketOS on it, but the box is labeled with UBports. We bought the phone second hand from Ricardo Switzerland. The original PostmarkedOS PIN does not work, the selles must have changed it, and has not given the PIN to us.
If we remember right, we did install UBports on our Pinephone only on an external SD card, and did not overwrite the internal SD card. The phone booted from the external SD card, when the SD card was inserted into the phone. There is still a SD card in our phone, but it does not boot from it.
- The latest version of Abiword is 3.0.5 from 3. Juli 2021
