These are the components I would choose as a physiologist from Switzerland who is not an electronics engineer but has studied how to build for many years a low-cost high-quality physiological multi-sensor devices.

These physiological multi-sensor devices are usually very expensive, but not the electronic components I have chosen here.
If an electronics engineer would write a paper about it and test it? I eventually would be one of the fist to rebuild it. Since if we look at device from iWorx, BIOPAC, Adinstruments, etc. They all over such devices, but they are very expensive. And they often have their own proprietary software for their devices. And for me personally Python is the way to go. And here by experience electronics engineers from India will take over.
