If we start building a new physiological multi-sensor device – why not to choose InfluxDB?

After studying for around 10 years EEG devices based on ADS1299, and then coming to the conclusion, that they suck:

There is hardly any new development in it. And the hardware costs remain very high. On the contrast, hardware costs for devices based on InfluxDB are low. But the learning curve to learn about InfluxDB is very high. But after 10 years of frustration, the question arrises. Is it not better to start something new which has a future? And start with A simple device, but has no limits.

InfluxDB is highly suited for physiological multi-sensor devices due to its architecture, which is built to ingest and process high-frequency, continuous time-series streams from IoT. It enables real-time monitoring of biosignals like heart rate, ECG, SpO2, and respiratory rate.
