- We are happy that Digitec sells the LattePanda. It is one of the view resellers who sell the LattePanda in Switzerland. Digitec is one of the best online store for electronic in Switzerland.
- Several Windows MiniPC sticks whe use crashed, now we will switch to the LattePanda. This is a real Windows PC. We can download a Windows image from the manufacturer and reinstall it. We can also install Windows externally on a usb SSD. Instructions you this can be done with the LattePanda can be found on Youtube. The LattePanda V1 will be 4 times faster then when Windows runs from the internal eMMC, which easily breaks. An exernal usb SSD drive can be replaced.
- Since we need an x86-64 system and cannot use Raspberri PIs because of Home Assistant .yaml file problems and because Python LabStreamingLayer does not run on ARM devices, we are very happy that Digitec sells the LattePanda in Switzerland. The prize is a bit higher than on Aliexpress, but Digitec offers 24 month warranty.
