The dreem2 headband has good reviews. What about options to stream the results of the sleep analysis into a database like InfluxDB and integrate it with other sensor data?

Dreem 2 is not available anymore. The successor Dreem 3 is not available for the general public, but only for a selected group of people, for instance scientists. If you have a lot of money, request a quote for Dreem 3.
