What are people actually doing at the Center of Healthy Minds in Madison-Wisconsin USA?

The Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison was founded in 2008 by the renowned neuroscientist Dr. Richard J. Davidson This was 17 years ago. According to science journalist Daniel Goleman, around 100 people where working there. But now, only about 75 people are left.

Richard Davidson explains it shortly in the following video at 40 min what they are doing there:

But is this not very little for a center where around 75 people are working? These people are listed here:

And also what they are doing. Do they have brain scanners there? Do they meditate and analyze their brain data with brain scanners? And did they not also invite the Dalai Lama? And next to that, they have their own projects? But if we compare the center of healthy minds for instance to the brain research institute of the university of Zürich, does the Center for Healthy Minds not look a bit strange? The Brain Research Institute of the University Zurich where I loved to work is a research institute in Switzerland which is publicly funded and has a high reputation.

But if we look at the Center for Healthy Minds, is the not a center where we search for research about meditation, and we do not find it? And a center where we look for research about mental health, and we do not find it as well?
