We mentioned previously, that according to the Buddhist teachings we are only completely healthy if we are completely enlightened.
But if we could proof this, would this not be a revolution for mental health at the level of a Nobel Prize? But 20 years after these studies, where do we stand now? We can find from Sadhguru the information, that enlightenement takes 12 years of hard training in India.

Does this not mean that it is not possible with the latest scientific methods? And if it would be possible, would not the Buddhist be the first to know about it and to support science about it?
