According to the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) Germany, Tor is rated for low to medium security needs – but is this still true in the year 2025?

But I can hardly believe that a surveillance of the whole internet at any place at any time is possible. And if someone really wants to find a solution to circumvent this surveillance, will he not find a solution, soon? A solution which is already known, but is not yet published everywhere so that it serves anyone who is looking for it?
