The future of OpenBCI – a fusion of OpenBCI modules with single electronics components & InfluxDB?

Who believes in a EEG company like mBrainTrain who advertises as in this video?

MbrainTrain offers EEG devices with more than 16 channels and faster transmission than OpenBCI. But we doubt if we ever will buy a EEG device from mBrainTrain. The OpenBCI architecture seems to be hardly developed further.

Some physiological multi-sensor devices are very expensive, for instance those from Adinstruments where 16 channel amplifiers costs up to 25 000 USD. And this is eventually also the reason we have so much trouble in building our own device as a private project on our personal web-site in our spare time which is no fun.

And do not some Texas Instruments sellers still have the goal to sell us such a device fo 25 000 USD?

A moderator in the EEVBLOG from Australia said to us, that there is a reason that Adinstruments channel recorders with 16 channels costs 25 000 USD. But what we never will do is to buy such a device in the year 2025, when the hardware costs for a 32 channel EEG devices based on InfluxDB has dropped to around 700 USD, what we have discussed previously on our site.
