On the one hand, we have Lama Pema Wangyal from Drukpa Center Kollbrunn, who teaches how to paraglide on his YouTube channel Yogtrack.
And next to that, he teaches about once a month at the Drukpa Center Kollbrunn:

Lhagsam Tibetan Meditation
On the other hand, we have Lhagsam Tibetan Meditation. Every week, teachers from all around teach at Lhagsam
As for instance Rene Feusi. He teaches in France, California, and Switzerland.
Once a week, teachers from all around the world fly to Zurich and back. This is accociated with high costs for flights.
Lama Pema Wangyal was a teacher of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism at the Tibet Institute in Rikon for more than 16 years.

Lama Pema Wangyal is not a teacher for Mahayana Buddhism. But Lhagsam offers courses how to become such a teacher. Would it not be easy for Pema to participate in these courses to be able to teach Mahayana Buddhism as well?
So he could then teach at Lhagsam as often as possible to reduce costs for the flight of teachers from all around the world to Zurich and back.
The Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT) is an organization devoted to the transmission of the Mahayana Buddhist traditions and values worldwide through teaching, meditation and community service. FPMT provides integrated education, through which people’s minds and hearts can be transformed into their highest potential.
