Vanja Palmers spent 10 years in a Buddhist monastery in Californa. He then came back to Switzerland, and he teachers now meditation at the Felsentor Retreat Center on the Rigi mountain in Switzerland. But altough Palmers spent 10 years in a monastery meditating, he was not able to induce the same mental states with meditation as with Psilocybin, as he says in the following interview

On the contrast, Pema Wangyal has spent 17 years in the Rikon Tibet Institute in Switzerland. Two years ago, Pema has left the Rikon Institute. But as we can see on Pema Wangyal s YouTube channel Yogtrack, Pema s new Druka Center Kollbrunn seem not yet to be very well established. And Pema teaches on his YouTube channel next to courses about meditation also how to paraglide on the Pilatus mountain in Switzerland.
