Daniel Goleman says there are communities in India who support mediators who mediate all the time. But unfortunately Daniel Goleman and Richard Davidson can t do this, as they say in the following video:

And also Matthieu Ricard, Buddhist monk with a PhD. in Cellular Genetics says in interviews, he only meditates for 20 min a day. And he was never in his life in long meditation retreats for a for longer periods of time. So has Matthieu Ricard who was once entitled as the happiest man in the word become a hobbyist among the meditators? Matthieu Ricard has written great books about meditation, but he says he is not a teacher.

But Lama Pema Wangyal who lives in Switzerland is a teacher.

He graduated Central Universities of Tibetan Higher Studies, Sarnath, India

And then has spent 17 years in the Rikon Tibet Institute Monastry in Switzerland. He has left the monastry in Rikon and teaches now at the Drukpa Center Kollbrunn near Winterthur in Switzerland. Lama Pema Wangyal is now among the word champions among the meditators, but not Matthieu Ricard anymore. Can t you not see this in their faces?:

Matthieu Ricard

Lama Pema Wangyal
