Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org is in a conflict with neigbours in the city of Zurich as described here:
And although Peter uses MULVAD & MULVAD browser it feels as if these tools are basically useless in his case. For instance as soon as Peter starts using the internet, the neigbour at the sight of his apartment in Zurich comes out of his flat. Is he a stalker? And when Peter goes into the internet a bit later on, the neigbour in the flat below him comes out of his flat. Is she a secret agent of the city of Zurich?

Is not a criminal and not at terrorist.
But he was not yet at the Police because of these kind of events. Since he took advice from the The Zurich Tenants Association:

which says basically:
Conflict with neigbours can hardly be solved with your lawyer. So try to negotiate.
Peter negotiated already with a lot of people. Without success up to this date. And one of his biggest problems is to be doubted from all parties. And are there the lawyers of the other parties behind these doubts?
And Peter is asking:
Is the hacker of Mulvad and Mulvad Browsers (which includes TOR) in his case Corinne Mauch, which means the City Police of Zurich?

And is not Corinne Mauch and the inhabitants of the City of Zurich the boss of the City Police of Zurich?
And are Mulvad and Mulvad browser in his case basically useless as he experienced? And as described also in the following video:
So if Peter wanted to be safe from a hacker at the level of the City Police of Zurich, would he not have to go much deeper in investigating a solution? Much deeper than using Mulvad and Mulvad browser?
