Why do we not have laws yet which say that anyone who publicly denies what happened in Tibet is committing a criminal offense?

Should not the whole world see this video about what happened in Tibet & talk about it?

In Switzerland we have freedom of speech and freedom to have an opinion:

That is why Peter Gamma from www.petegamma.org stores this video on his site. In Switzerland, everyone is allowed to have an opinion. But freedom of expression is not unlimited:

Anyone who publicly denies the Holocaust and wants to destroy the democratic state is committing a criminal offense.

And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org

is asking: Why do we not have yet any laws in Switzerland and elsewhere which say

«Anyone who publicly denies what happened in Tibet is committing a criminal offense»?
