Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org

has invested a lot of time in LibreOffice on the Pinephone:

LibreOffice can be used now on the Pinephone, but misses a community. And the Pinephone keyboard as well. It has some issues, but it can be used. We own such a keyboard and are completely happy with it. We tried to lobby for it in the Pine64 forum, but where strongly attacked there, and we stopped doing it.

The advantage of the Pinephone keyboard is that it is hard wired. This is perfect to use it as a privacy phone. And there are is so many information about the Pinephone keyboard to adapt it for your needs.

So that if you for instance pick it up and promote it, you can eventually sell it to Adinstruments in Australia

Since does Adinstruments, etc. not offer such special devices? And which company such as Adinstruments wants the protocols of scientitic studies typed by a researcher synched to a cloud? The Pinephone keyboard and the cloud-free solutions Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org as well as Rob Braxman proposed are the perfect solution to solve this problem.

But if you are interested in it you have to take action by yourself. But we think it is worth do to this job. Since the Pinephone keyboard is a keyboard which is already quiet far developed and only needs an enthusiast to pick it up, eventually repair it and promote it.
