Is there really an alternative to Raspberry Pi?

As we where struggling since years with smartwatch accuracy testers on YouTube and feel cheated about those:

We also have countless single board computers testers there:

If we search at Digitec Switzerland for „Raspberry“ we find 749 products:

https://www.digitec.ch/de/search?q=raspberrry

If we search for Orange Pi we find there 124 products, and these are network cables:

https://www.digitec.ch/de/search?q=orange+pi&is=orange+pi&so=4

So is that not proof enough that something is wrong with the Orange Pi tests we find on YouTube?:

Has YouTube not become a dangerous medium which constantly tries to manipulate us? The alternative to the Rasbperry Pi 5 is the Raspberry Pi 4, which is currently available and on stock in abundance on eBay and on Ricardo Switzerland. And also the Raspberry Pi 3 was available there even during Corona. And as long as we do not find happy Orange Pi users also at Digitec Switzerland, isn t there something wrong with the Orange Pi testers on YouTube, and that is that they screw around there data until they look nice, as Rob ter Host screws around his data until they look nice?
