Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org is registered at the Swiss Police as „psychological noticeable“. A Police man who controlled Peter near the MRIS informed him about that . But Peter is not „psychological noticeable“.

So Peter requested access to Police reports regarding this incident. The Police sent Peter the Police report.

In the report it says Peters jeans was ripped, and the Police took a picture of it and stored it their database.

Peters jeans was ripped by a dog who attacked him immediately before the Police controlled him.

And Peter has bought new jeans now.

But the Police has not sent Peter the picture his his ripped jeans jet. They only made a note about it in the Police report.

Peter immediately contacted his friends from the

„Beobachter Rechtsberatung“:

And asked them for advice. As you can see there are a lot of friends there which can help you in such situations. Peter requested now from the Police that he wanted to see the picture of his ripped jeans as well. His friends from the Beobachter Magazine, many of those are lawyers said, he has the right to see the picture the Police made of his ripped jeans.

Peter will complain about being labelled as „psychological noticable“ because of his ripped jeans at the Ombutsmann des Kantons Zürich

Jürg Trachsel (SVP):

He will also talk to his psychiatrist to write a medical report about this insidence, too. And Peter will talk to the newspapers and television stations in Zurich and ask those for help as well. And he will request that the picture of his ripped jeans is deleted from the Police database, as well as the label „psychological noticeable“ which the Police gave to him.

Peter is convinced to be successful by doing this. AndPeter is especially grateful for his friends and lawyers at the Beobachter Magazine Switzerland to give him advice.

And eventually his friends from the Beobachter Magazine will interview him and put him on the front page with his success story:
