Which kind of EEG brain waves are induced by meditation?

Physiologist Peter Gamma:

Director of the Meditation Research Institute Switzerland (MRIS)

presents Dr. Fred Travis:

https://www.drfredtravis.com/about.html

Travis is Director or Brain, Conciousness, & Cognition, at the Maharishi Internationial University in Fairfield, Iowa

Travis earned an MS and PhD in Psychology from Maharishi University of Management, and a BS in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. From the buildings of the Maharishi Internationial University we suppose Dr. Fred Travis seems to have a funding which is a bit better than the one of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org. Dr. Fred Travis is also able to summarize what EEG reveals about different meditation practices very well:

If what Richard R. Davidson explains about meditation and the brain is too much to digest for us for the moment, Dr. Fred Travis is able to cut it short.
