A new EEG headset with 16 channels – is it based on OpenBCI & can we build this by ourselves if we are skilled enough?

Medical Computer Systems (MСS) does not mention that their system is based on OpenBCI. But since it has16 EEG channels, we suppose that it uses the same hardware as OpenBCI which has also up to 16 EEG channgels.

But we know of know demonstrations of Medical Computer Systems (MСS) which proof the function of this device which goes further than electrode placement and electrode impedance measurements demonstrations.
