20 years after the study “Long-term meditators self-induce high-amplitude gamma synchrony during mental practice” (part 5) – which practical applications & new papers are available after 20 more years more in research & development in this field?

20 years ago the paper:

Long-term meditators self-induce high-amplitude gamma synchrony during mental practice

https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.0407401101

was published in PNAS. But which practical applications & new papers are available 20 years later?

Cody Rall MD. certified Navy trained Psychiatrist demonstrated how to monitor gamma waves with the Muse headband and the Mind Monitor 3 years ago:

And Alex Gamma PhD., PD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich published a paper in PLOS ONE about meditators 3 years ago:

The Minimal Phenomenal Experience questionnaire (MPE-92M): Towards a phenomenological profile of “pure awareness” experiences in meditators

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34260614

These are new things which happened in recent years. But is this all? Is it not more likely that highly qualified medical doctors and scientists such as Cody Rall and Alex Gamma perform also scientific studies with brain scanners somewhere in a lab in Washington DC an Zurich? But if they do this, for what purpose? Do they do screening studies to find new applications? But where can we find those expept for what we have described here?
