Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) developed by Zindel V. Segal is as effective as antidepressants in the treadment of depression

But unfortunately we do not know of Swiss medical doctors who suggest their patients MBCT as a treatment against depression instead of antidepressants – why not? Zindel V. Segal showed in the paper:

Why do Swiss medical doctors not suggest MBCT? Is meditation or MBCT too little investigated?
