A reason to buy a Pinephone: it is a privacy phone which is not from Google?

Peter Gamma is harrassed by a stalker in the MRIS, but it is not worth for him personally to go to the Police because of that, since he will leave the MRIS as soon as possible. But he is worried about his privacy.

When he went outdoors and shouted out loud because he was angry because of the stalker who harrassed him in the house, the Police immediately followed him and gave him a warning because of disturbing peace on private ground.

Was the Police tracking him? He previously was eventually a victim of high-tech Police investigations where the Police most probably grabbed evidence he needed and ran away, which he still lacks to the present day. And is seems as if there are people out there who want to force him to go to the Police. But he will do this only as a final step, since he wants to negotiate together with his lawyer with people who are ready to negotiate.

And now when Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org watches YouTube, it seems as if a big brother from Adinstruments is watching him, and sends him videos especially recorded for him personally. All of this makes him worry about his privacy.

Now Peter Gamma found a from TechHut a great Linux privacy phone:

The only issue with it is that it is a device from Google. And he does not know if it has a backdoor from Google, so that the big brothers from Adinstruments still are able to watch him and send him commercials from Adinstruments. So to be on the save site, is it not better to completely avoid products from Google? Peter Gamma still has his Pinephone on the attic that he can bring down and use now. It is the one he wanted to use for LibreOffice:

But he never used it. So it is time to use his Pinephone as a privacy phone, to be save from privacy issues with the Swiss Police, the big brothers from Adinstruments & Google. And is not Rob Braxman the privacy expert on Google’s YouTube? He has introduced the Pinephone there:

But would Rob Braxman use a privacy phone from Googe? Ask him if he would. What is your opinion about this topic?
