Peter H. Charltons Matlab toolbox for respiratory rate estimation:
- we know only that it is used for papers which are published in Sensors (Basel) which is a low-level journal.
- requires a Matlab license if we want to more with the data than use it at home
Talha Iqbal’s Respiratory Rate from PPG or ECG signal in Python
- not as user friendly as the Matlab toolbox
- has the same issues as the Matlab toolbox
Respiration belt
- There is a toolbox from Biosignals, but it is little used and not open source
- We do not know of open source software or toolboxes
Respiration Rate from Spirometer
- Toolboxes and devices expensive, as for instance those of iWorx which cost a view 1 000 USD.
- We do not know of open source software or toolboxes
