Do product developers have to declare what is in the box if they build their own physiological sensor device: the example of the iWorx ROAM Wireless ECG & Respiration

The iWorx ROAM Wireless ECG & Respiration:

came onto the market after Scott Harden intruduced his sound card ECG based on the AD8232 ECG chip. If we look at the iWorx ROAM Wireless ECG, what to you think is in the little red box? Is it a AD8232 ECG chip as in Scott Hardens Sound Card ECG, and is it derived from Soctt Hardens Sound Card ECG?

The devices look similar. But we have no evidence that the iWorx device is based on Soctt Hardens Sound Card ECG. And if someone claims this, he has to proof it.
